What is FT Fortnight?

Fairtrade Fortnight is an annual campaign led by the Fairtrade Foundation which aims to draw attention to the issue of ethical trade and to raise awareness about Fairtrade products and the Fairtrade Mark. Each year community groups, places of worship, schools, and others throughout Norfolk join thousands all over the country in the two week campaign.

Fairtrade Fortnight 2009 takes place between Monday 23 February and Sunday 8 March 2009. Celebrate it!

What's happening in Norfolk?

We continue to compile comprehensive events listings for Fairtrade Fortnight 2009 (23 February to 8 March). However, in Norfolk, fair trade-related events go on throughout the year!

How can you get involved?

Each year, we welcome volunteers to help us organises activities and events. Opportunities are many and varied. Please take a look and If any of them interest you, let us know.

FTiN also encourages others to co-ordinate their own activities, and supports them in doing so.

Want to hold your own event?

FTiN can help you:

by providing publicity materials such as leaflets, posters or window stickers
by providing information from past events
design promotional materials
publicise your event
by providing teaching materials and guest speakers for schools.

Holding your own event is easier than ever to do. FTiN has loads of ideas to help you get started.
