The coffee I always use is Union Coffee Roasters Rwanda Maraba Bourbon. I have visited the farmers that grow it. The improved income is making a big difference to their lives. And it is beautiful coffee.

I only permit myself one cup of coffee a day and that has to be Fairtrade, not just because I know the producers are treated fairly but also because it is the tastiest in the market place. And of course one of their ginger biscuits with it… delicious!
